SEO Guidelines

Goals: One playable stage, Artwork for avatars of SmallBox team, and plan next phase.
Status: You can walk through doors! Working on music, robots and lasers.

Status: Planning done. Design input needed.

VISION: Create lightweight social app. Social representation, word clouds, share functionality.
STATUS: 50% Completed, Working Prototype, and Fully Branded!
 

Marketing/Social CMS

VISION: Provide clients centralized tool for social media updates, marketing tools, and analytics.
STATUS: Archived for later work.

Content Gathering Tool

VISION: Create a software tool to better manage content gathering process.
STATUS: Currently used internally and with selected customers. Beta signup is in the near future.

Office Redecorations

VISION: Improve the look and feel of the office to match the SmallBox Culture.
STATUS: There is always work to be done... Although, goals were met!

CMS Standards & Defults

VISION: Create a standard system for developing sites on SmallBox CMS.
STATUS:

Internal Document Templates

★ Leigh, Karl, Neil, Elizabeth

VISION: Provide a library of templates for all documents used.
STATUS: Curently used for most internal documents.

Remarketing Campaign

★ Dan, Sara, Leigh, Karl

VISION: Create a focused marketing/branding campaign for SmallBox.
STATUS: The remarketing plan was the catalyst for a larger creative brief and marketing strategy. Parts have been implimented, and others have been ongoing. All-in-all the remarketing plan didn't fit into the grand scheme of things and may be revisted at a later date.

VISION: Provide video examples of SmallBox success stories.
STATUS: Gearing up for new case studies!
